What is free, and what does paying add?

- Paid term and expiry: record the actual end date, especially if trial time is carried over.
- Next renewal: save both the amount and the date shown for your subscription.

Do not budget around a refund for unused months
ChristianCafe's published policy says membership purchases are final and unused portions of a paid period are not partially refunded. Turning off renewal prevents a future payment; it does not reverse a completed purchase. Check the current refund policy.
If a charge surprises you, first match it to your receipt and renewal date. Then check whether recurring billing is still active and save any earlier cancellation confirmation. Contact ChristianCafe billing support with the amount, date and a concise explanation. Ask them to identify the charge and confirm whether any future renewal remains scheduled.
A support request is not a guarantee of reimbursement. If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact your payment provider as well. Never send a password or full card number in a support message.
Coupons and cheaper offers: compare the final total
You do not need a coupon to access the standard free trial. ChristianCafe's own promo-code explanation says this and describes a trial without a credit card. That post dates from 2014; it is not proof that every paid promotion is unavailable today.
