How to find the Singles50 price that applies to you

- Open the details of the offer.
Look beyond the largest number. Record the term, the whole-term amount and whether payment is collected at once or in installments.
- Check the currency and renewal.
Confirm that a dollar amount is actually USD. Save the renewal price and cancellation deadline before accepting anything.

Before buying for one particular feature, inspect its conditions. For example, the FAQ says a video call follows an exchange of messages and requires the other person's agreement. A subscription gives you tools to connect, not access to someone who has not agreed to interact.
Six things to save from the checkout
- Currency and full first-term price: the entire amount you are committing to, including any stated mandatory charges.
- Amount due now: the payment you are authorizing today.
- Remaining payments: how many installments follow, their amounts and dates.
- Term and access dates: how long the purchase covers and when it ends.
- Next renewal: the renewal term, charge and date, especially after an introductory discount.
- Cancellation conditions: the required route, notice period and how completion is confirmed.
If any of these details is missing, ask before paying: “What is the full minimum amount I must pay for this term, what is due today, and what must I do to prevent the next renewal?” Keep the answer with your order confirmation.
Use the numbers from your offer
Turn a quoted price into a whole-term amount
Enter a USD figure and the term it relates to. This is a simple arithmetic tool, not a Singles50 price list. It does not tell you when payments will be collected.
No price is loaded. Enter your offer or load the clearly labeled example.
The result excludes future renewals and any charges not included in your input. Confirm the contract total if a monthly figure has been rounded. A whole-term result does not establish an installment schedule or a right to end the contract early.
Renewal: check the deadline before the next charge
Find the renewal date and any advance notice requirement in your accepted offer and confirmation. The public help does not establish one notice period that we can safely apply to every US contract, so do not rely on an unsourced “cancel X days before” rule.
Set your own reminder before that deadline, leaving time to recover a login or resolve a failed form. If you already know you do not want another term, use the cancellation route now and ask for the effective end date and any remaining payment obligations.
Stopping renewal does not automatically erase a current commitment. Google Play, for example, explicitly distinguishes stopping a payment plan's next renewal from canceling its remaining installments. Check the arrangement you actually purchased. Google Play payment-plan guidance.
How to cancel Singles50: start with your receipt
Find the receipt or order confirmation and identify who billed you. Using an iPhone does not by itself mean Apple manages the purchase; using Apple Pay or Google Pay on a website does not turn it into an app-store subscription.
1. You purchased on the Singles50 website
- Open the official cancellation route.
The Singles50 FAQ directs website customers to the Cancel Membership link at the bottom of its homepage. Use the site and country where you purchased.
- Complete the form and all confirmation steps.
Use the account details associated with the subscription. Check the effective date and save the final result.
- If the link is missing, contact support promptly.
Use the official contact form and select Cancellation Request where available. Keep the submission receipt and ask for explicit confirmation that renewal is stopped.

2. Apple billed the subscription
On an iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose the subscription and use Cancel Subscription. Follow any remaining prompts, then check its status. If you cannot find it, use the Apple Account shown on the receipt. Apple's current cancellation instructions.
3. Google Play billed the subscription
Sign in to the Google Account used for the purchase, open Google Play subscriptions, select the subscription and complete Cancel subscription. Confirm the resulting status and any payments still due. Google's current cancellation instructions.
Cancel first, then decide whether to delete the profile. Singles50 explicitly says that profile deletion and uninstalling the app do not cancel a subscription. Save anything you need before using account-removal controls.
Payment problems: what to check next
I paid, but the site still asks me to upgrade
Match the receipt to the email address, account, country site and purchase channel you are using. Sign out and back in, then check your membership status. Avoid buying again just to test whether it works.
If access is still missing, contact Singles50 support with the order reference and a description of the problem. The billing FAQ identifies wrong-account and technical issues as possible causes.
I asked to cancel, but another charge appeared
Compare the charge date with the cancellation deadline and confirmed effective date. Check whether it is a renewal, an installment already due under the existing term, or a purchase on a different account. Send the billing provider your receipt and cancellation evidence and ask it to identify the charge.
For an app-store subscription, check the store's status and contact its support if cancellation was not confirmed. A support email to the dating site may not have stopped a store-managed subscription.
I cannot find a receipt or cancellation confirmation
Check spam and the email account used for the purchase. Search the amount and approximate date, then compare any Apple or Google purchase history with your bank statement. Ask the identified billing provider for the order and subscription status before sending another payment.
Use the official support form for account or billing queries. These are troubleshooting checks, not findings about your individual charge. If you believe a payment is unauthorized, contact your payment provider as well.
Can you get a refund for unused time?
Do not buy a long term assuming that unused months will be returned. We could not verify a single public refund rule covering every US Singles50 purchase. A refund request and a request to stop renewal are separate actions.
- Website purchase: check the terms you accepted and ask Singles50 billing support about the specific transaction. Explain the reason and ask which contract provision applies.
- Apple purchase: follow Apple's refund-request process. Eligibility depends on the purchase and circumstances.

Pause before paying when
The offer is unclear, suitable people seem scarce, or the total strains your budget. A lower average monthly cost cannot fix an unsuitable dating pool, and more features cannot guarantee a reply.
For dating after 50, think about the life you would share: willingness to travel, work or retirement routines, family responsibilities and the pace of a new relationship. Use the service to explore those questions instead of judging value by the number of notifications.

Does a monthly price mean I can cancel after one month?
Not necessarily. It may be a monthly equivalent of a longer commitment or an installment within that commitment. Check the full term and minimum amount owed before accepting the offer.
Will deleting the app or my profile stop renewal?
No. Cancel through the billing route for the subscription and verify the result before removing your profile. Uninstalling the app does not change the subscription agreement.
Does canceling renewal automatically get me a refund?
No. A request to stop renewal and a request for money back address different things. Ask the billing provider about the specific charge and applicable policy; do not assume unused time will be refunded.
Why can I not find the subscription in Apple or Google?
